Extraordinary brooch by Zuni master lapidary artist Bowman Paywa (1913-2002, Zuni) signed on the reverse BP with a tomahawk.
Crafted from Sterling silver and set with turquoise, Mediterranean coral, and mother of pearl in an iconic design.
This brooch measures 34 mm in width and weighs approximately 8.1 grams.
It shows moderate patina, with some loss of patina in the petals. It is in very fine condition overall.
